Emirates Office Tower or Tower 1 and its smaller sister, Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel, are soaring symbols of Dubai City in the United Arab Emirates. A two-story shopping arcade called The Boulevard connects the sister skyscrapers in the Emirates Towers complex. The Emirates Office Tower at 1,165 feet (355 meters) is much taller than the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel height of 1,014 feet (309 meters). Nevertheless, the hotel has 56 stories and Tower 1 has only 54, because the office tower has higher ceilings.
The Emirates Towers complex is surrounded by gardens with lakes and waterfalls. The tower of offices opened in 1999 and the hotel tower in 2000.

SNOWDOME
The complex includes a deluxe hotel, restaurants and bars inside the dome, and two external towers, designed to look like icicles coming out of the ground, which will act as a hotel and apartments. A further series of nine apartment buildings surround the dome together with a leisure club and underground parking. A rapid transit system would take visitors from the parking to the main attractions.

As you approach Nova, you’re greeted by its striking facade, adorned with aluminum glazed window walls that not only contribute to its contemporary aesthetic but also invite an abundance of natural light into the living spaces within. Snowdome
Snowdome™, owned and developed by 32Group, is the ultimate winter-experience in the middle of the desert!
In fact, the idea for a winter leisure and sports facility evolved in 1998 when 32Group realized that the hot season in cities like Qatar, Las Vegas or Dubai encouraged residents to spend their holiday in much cooler and enjoyable climes.
In the year 2000, 32Group announced its unique project in the local and international press. In 2003, this most unusual, daring and creative project was conceptualized .
The dome is the largest freestanding transparent structure in the world with no supporting columns, and it will reach a diameter of 200+M and a height of 70+M.
